This is the first time I hear something like this, I would suggest that she tries sleeping with jeans for a week or so, maybe that would reduce the sores. Tell her to try it out. Good luck.

Fleas or bed bugs? If that's not the case, she should moisturize her legs before going to bed. Sometimes, in the wintertime, I scratch my hands and wake up with little cuts. After moisturizing them nightly and preventing them from drying up and getting itchy, the unconscious nightly itching stopped.

well, you could do a search on the papworth sleep clinic, there was a programme on BBC1 yesterday about abnormal sleep patterns maybe you could find someone to help you there, or even watch the programme.

she probably has eczema....it would probably be best not to shower before bed and um use deep moisturizing lotions before bed
