Maybe she can get involved in a sport, or take an exercise class.

Well, maybe you guys can speak to your parents about it so they can set up an appointment with a dietician, they will know how to help your sister.

Doing little things like eating no butter popcorn instead of potato chips, dark chocolate over chocolate, chicken over beef is a good way to start.

Also drink tons of water (8 cups per day recommended).

But the best thing you can do is tell your parents so you can talk with the doctor and get her on a healthy diet.

Try and casually help her eat better. And get her to be more active. Go play some sports or doing something the two of you will enjoy but, will burn calories. Even go for a walk ... eat an apple instead of ice cream ... drink water instead of sugary drinks. Mybe she should go to a nutritionist because being overweight is not healthy or good for her.

Ask your Mom to start keping the junk food out of the house and maybe start doing more fun activities with your sister that keeps her active.... like taking walks, riding bikes, do as much as you can outdoors

Your mom or dad should take her to see a doctor , she needs to see a nutritionist who can customize a good healthy way to lose weight without denying her body needed nutrition. You could exercise with her, being active will help burn calories. She needs to worry about being healthy not impressing a boy.
