Canadians: What can be done about how Canadian customs authorities are allowed to unjustly charge money, restrict, and impede American Blacks mobility at the U.S./Canadian border based on inaccurate and expired feloniously biased data delivered to them by seemingly like-minded American authorities?

This is an ever-growing problem on a very short fuse leading to international civil unrest in my opinion. What an excellent pre-staged avenue for alledged terrorist to both aide and abet!!

Based on a number of the answers posted on this medium to my question which label me, a black, as a criminal or at the very least imply that the social element is possibly in itself is biggoted in my opinion. More detail of the suspicious circumstances which lead many a black male down a path of no return is definitely called for here because I was innocent of the charges but lost the battle in an all-white court for drugs planted in my car by tainted American police officers. Such "Rodney L. King" phenomna is quite common in the post-antebellum union of states. Blacks are given records to impede their mobility whether or not they broke the laws.

Well for what it's worth. I am Asian. When I visited Canada the last/first time my story was a bit different. I have never been in trouble with the law before. But the Canadian Border agent would have never known that for sure because he never asked to see any form of I.D. from me. It was so very strange. He just asked a few questions like. "Do you have a gun. How long will you be staying. Reason for visit. Etc."

I remember the Canadian guy saying "we are a more peaceful country compared to the States". After I asked him why he doesn't want to search my car or look at my documentation.

It was so so strange. I suppose they might be using racial profiling. They might be giving blacks a harder time.

The Canadian government are acting on guidance presented to them via the US government. I experience extremely some hostilities on your question, the reality which you mentioned expired felonious biased information, i can in basic terms question, grow to be there legal information interior the 1st place or did in addition they fabricate the guidance? The Canadian border is the main obtainable one any the place and that i fell undesirable which you're feeling as while you're being singled out.

The Canadian authorities are acting on information provided to them by the US authorities. I sense a lot of hostilities in your question, the fact that you mentioned expired felonious biased data, I can only question, was there felony data in the first place or did they also fabricate the information? The Canadian border is the most accessible one any where and I fell bad that you feel as if you are being singled out.

I didn't know that was going on, on the other hand tell your American authorities to purge your record and that so-called felonious biased data. However your own authorities are so
paranoid that they incorporated passports for Canadian Citizens. So what do you expect, we are supposed to be a haven for terrorists and need to be careful what comes across the border into our country. And I do think the international community doesn't give a hoot what goes on over here.
I therefore would advise you to keep your war-mongering views to yourself.

I constantly travel between the Hatian communities of Boston and Montreal and have experienced or seen absolutely no evidence of Canadian customs impeding me or anybody. I read 4 Canadian newspapers daily and listen to both Montreal and Ottawa talk and news radio constantly and have never read or heard of any complaints. What Canadian monitoring of blacks as may exist, if any, is of Toronto's of the Jamaican immigrant community because of gang violence and the smuggling of guns from the USA.

Maybe if you stopped being a criminal you wouldn't have trouble crossing the border. Canada Customs is only using info provided by the US.So if you are in trouble with the law there, you'll have trouble at any border point.
It seems Canada Customs is being blamed for being too lenient, now you are saying they are too harsh, people with problems always seems to blame someone else for their doing
