Women can read men better then we can read them. Ask her out for dinner to a nice cozy restaurant (Not McDonald's) and just talk with each other ask about here more then you talk about yourself. Don't just come out and tell her that you like her, that will most likely scare her off. If dinner goes well and you can make her laugh your golden.
After dinner take her home, tell her you had a great time and would love (not like) to do this with her again soon. If she says I had a lovely time and would love to do this again. Tell here again you had a great time (Don't use "lovely time" that's for women.)and will call her soon, kiss her on the cheek (Light peck), tell her good night and walk back to your car. If after a night like that she doesn't think you like her, I don't know what to tell ya.
p.s. you pay for everything.
p.s. keep your eyes in her eyes as much as possible.

Don't worry your not the only one. I think the best ways to tell her are by a friend or note. You should only have to worry about whether your friend would remember to ask or when to give her the note. But what ever you do don't be scared. Hold your head high and be confidant. dont be scared girls like it when guys r open with their feelings maybe u should find out first if she is interested in u. that might be beta, then u telling her and her running away just find a unique way to tell her.
