I have had a sleeping disorder since I was 12, but depending on what has been going on does it get worse or better. This is normal for me, but lately its gone from annoying to bad to worse. I have a set bedtime at 12 to 1am (because its impossible to sleep any earlier) and I wake at 7:15 or 8:15 depending on my classes that day. I dont want to take any sort of drug for it if I can help it. I've tried listening to calming music, not eating anything with caffine after 10, meditation, and going to bed early. None of it helped, and I tried it for at least a few weeks before giving up. Does anyone have some advise or a natural remedy I could try?
