not tuff at all. Try stuffing a zuchini with beans (any kind) and rice and baking it. Around 100 cals, if no oil. Season with sea salt, and your favorite herbs. Yummy. Stuffed tomato with quinoa (grain from health food store pronounced KEEN WA) Tabbouleh salad, Baked potato skins. Grilled bean cakes. Tuna and sprouts wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Corn tortilla with beans and onions. Stir fried rice, fried in veggie stock instead of oil. Red lentil soup with herbs. (lentils are really easy to cook and very filling and nutritious) steamed asparagus with lemon, Raw veggies dipped in lemon and herbs. Lots of good stuff out there if you dont focus on the stuff you are used to. All of these suggestions would be around a 100 calories per serving. Also, think about smoothies made with greens and bananas, and juice. Lots and lots of water to help fill you up.

Popcorn
Cheese (Low Fat, Part Skim)
Fruit
Jell-o
Salad (no dressing or fat free&sugar free)

Or, try drinking water. Drink a glass, have something you crave (or one bite), then drink another glass of water. You will be full AND satisfied. Why? Because you have the taste of what you wanted/craved, but the water fills you. (This works if you are CRAVING something, not if you kinda want it...) Rather than craving, say, cookies, but having fruit 'cause it's better for you, which will just leave you wanting more. Most of the time, dieting leads us to a constant hungry THOUGHT, but we are not that hungry. We are just anticipating that we can't have what we really want.
