On the box it says to use 2 scoops a day but it doesnt say ONLY 2 a day. Is it ok if I have like 3 or four scoops?

Whatever protein that dosen't get used will be converted to energy. But you might want to check with your kidneys before you become like a hyper active monkey with a chain saw(crazy) on that stuff..

No.. If your trying to put on muscle and working out. Do what the container says.. Two scoops. .Why? It will deliver more protein which your body might not use up and it will store it as fat.. Try making two shakes a day.. One for breakfast and one in the evening. More is not always better!

i drink the special k protein once in a while, but you don't need it that much
