I think as long as it is sugar free it is good for your gums and teeth.

I chew gum also. It occupies your mouth.

NO IT IS NOT IF IT IS SUGARLESS GUM. IF YOU HAVE BRACES IT TENDS TO REDUCE THE PAIN AFTER ADJUSTMENT APPOINTMENTS BY HELPING WITH BLOOD FLOW TO THE TOOTH AS YOU CHEW. BUT PROFUSE CHEWING LIKE NON STOP CAN RESULT IN TMJ PROBLEMS LATER ON...SO DO IT IN MODESTY
