Why?

All diet programs will work IF you follow the plan.

Check out what each plan consists of and which one you could incorporate into your daily lifestyle the easiest. This is the only way you can tell which will work best for you.

Some of those programs have public support groups, some have one-on-one support, some you have to buy their own food, etc. Again, are you comfortable in those settings? Can you afford them?

Good luck in your lifestyle change!

I haven't tried Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem, but I think Weight Watchers is better because it teaches you healthy eating habits for life, not just how to lose the weight initially. There are no "special" foods on Weight Watchers. You eat what everybody else does.

I am SUCH an expert on this topic having done them all (and more!). ok ww is cheap and it does work but it seems really slow and disheartening as most times you might lose 1 kilo at best. Jenny is really expensive and you end up thinking 'I pay $4 for a tiny pack of cereal and I could buy the same massive pack at the supermarket for the same price'. Jenny cost me about $150 per week when you add on the salads and milk/bread etc and I couldnt justify it month after month. Like hello I could have bought a ticket to Europe for that! One good thing about Jenny is that the food is yum and you get to eat treats (like cake and nice pasta). If you can afford it, start on Jenny and then ease off and make your own meals to lower the weekly costs. Thats what I do. By the way, Im still a fattie and I am selling an exercise bike and treadmill (brand spanking new) if you are interested as I have just given up! If you dont like my fat wobbling on the beach then thats your problem :)

properly, Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem are particularly expensive. They the two require you to purchase their own foodstuff. in actuality, i comprehend somebody doing Nutrisystem suitable now, and it incredibly is costing her $250 a month. Weight Watchers, on the different hand, is all approximately counting factors. you in easy terms could pay money to get began, and then in case you proceed going to the conferences. I used to do it, and that i saved the little packet of innovations sooner or later, and not in any respect went to the conferences. You eat your guy or woman foodstuff, and you in basic terms use a sprint card to count kind your factors. each and every food market includes little television dinners called "clever Ones" that show you how to already know precisely what number factors they are, and Applebee's even has a sprint Weight Watchers menu that tells you the factors. i might bypass with Weight Watchers, it is totally efficient and much less costly.

The three will work quite well IF you follow the plan.
For your information, Weight Watchers is rated number 1, by everyone. Plus people that stay on the program regain less weight when they reach their goal. This is a fact based on recent studies.

Second is The South Beach Diet. It works very well too! The difference is the cost. With South Beach you only buy a book. WW you have fees!

I feel South Beach is best, because it is something you can live with forever! Plus it is well balanced, healthy, nutritious, and a variety of great food!

Just to let you know, I'm down 105 lbs. for over 3 years, and enjoying every minute of it.

My mom used Weight Watchers and it worked for her. You really have to stick with the points to see results though. It's tough for the first couple of weeks but you learn how to make lower fat/calorie food for yourself that you can use forever. Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem are pre-packaged foods, so once you finish the program that's it.

weight watchers is the better one i think and would recommend. its more natural , cheaper and you use foods you want. jenny craig foods just fill you up with no nutritional value and you have to supplement it with vitamin pills and costs alot. read more on weight watchers and more diet plans and exercise programs to help you better on this site

Weight Watchers. You can go out to eat with your friends and just order smartly. You can't go out to lunch and bring your Nutrisystem meal with you.

Weight Watchers. They teach you about balanced nutrition and portion size. You learn to work with your own personal food preferences and choices rather than being handed pre-packaged meals. It also allows more flexibility if you want to eat out. Basically it teaches you to live with food instead of haveing them do it all for you, so you are less likely to gain it all back when you are done.

They are also cheaper because you don't have to buy their food.
