It would depend on the source.

If the source was trustable and it was a sure thing, I would spend the time with my husband and children. But I would not tell my children what was about to happen. Why frighten them? I would simply play games with them and do other quality things so that in their last moments, they would be feeling the love of their mother and father.

If it was an unsure source, non-verifiable, I would just go about my day as normal and pay it no attention.

Its, humorous if the international would lead to 24 hours then meaning the international has already been over for those that stay below the equator. i've got self assurance undesirable for the those that are an afternoon forward human beings like Australia and South Africa and New Zealand.

Take at least a moment of that 24 hours to consider the reliability of the source.

Depending on the nature of the catastrophe, perhaps try to head somewhere with a good view, with a good picnic.

(See Greg Bear's "The Forge of God" for a good account of a pre-announced "end of the world")

That Dreadful day no one wants to talk about.

It's called the "Day of the Lord".
And... it will come as a thief in the night.
in which the heavens will pass away...WITH A GREAT NOISE.

AND the elements shall MELT with fervent heat,the earth ALSO and the works that are THERE IN shall burn up.

"Seeing then that all these things shall be DISSOLVED,what manner of person OUGHT you Be. in all holy conversation and

godliness,LOOKING for and HASTING unto the 'Coming of the Lord"
Wherein the heavens being on FIRE shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat..

I told you it was the day no one want to talk about..
It is going to happen...it is upon us...right now.

most will not even hear the warnings
stiff necked kings in the Bible who tore up the Prophets warnings

All new...the heavens and us. for eternity.

if this was GOING to happen with tons of proof and such, i would go and find my crush, and show him what he has been missing!

i would go and buy a luxury car, something that i know i can only afford FOR a day lol

i would apologize to ppl i have hurt, or i thought i hurt, and be content with that

i would cut my hair, NOT LIKE BRITNEY SHEARS, into a mohawk since i want to do that but have been scared...

and i would go eat at the most expensive restaurant and be full...

there...:)

the one guy says I will buy seven prostitutes;
the second guy says, I will buy lots of vodka;
but the third guy says:
well, I shall finish the game.

I would pull out my iPaq, check my schedule and say that doesn't work for me... the end of the world needs to be rescheduled cause I'm busy tomorrow.

As a Christian, with all due respect, I would take your statement with a grain of salt ! Further; within the 24 hour time period, is that on Newfoundland time or CST ???

Have a couple of beers with friends / family... a great meal, some laughs, and wait patiently for it to happen.
