As avril lavinge says " i'm gonna live today like it's my last day " ,..i totally agree .. i mean if we waste every second of our life regretting for something that we have done previously , we won't be able to enjoy the joyful moments of our life after all , we're all humans and we make mistakes .. besides , i strongly believe that it hurts more when we regret 4 something we haven't done coz we'll spend the rest of our lives wondering if that " thing " could have brought us more happiness and would have achieved our goals or not .. however , i believe in fate , everybody is meant to be with his other soul mate , is meant to have this job and those kids no matter how bad his life was or how harsh his circumstances were ..it's much better than dealing with the daily routine wondering if we have taken the right choices of our life ..

I would say... regret for something you've done because if you keep on thinking of what you could have done you cant really imagine it because you haven't done anything about it. It hurts more too.

To regret for something you have not done hurts less, at least you can learn and overcome, but once you have done something there is no way of erasing the action from time...

Well there isn't much in my life that i don't regert doing, but why dwell on the past.
So i would have to say it hurts more regretting something that i have done

Interesting Question .... i guess it depends on the experience... i guess with me it would be a bit more for what I did.... may be cuz there is not much i can do about it now
