Amen to that!!! and it's even better when you consider some of the greatest religious icons and paintings were created by homosexuals. The Sistine Chapel by Michelangelo who had a lover named David. Leonardo Da Vinci, a man famous for being a lover of both Men and Women. Beethoven, Brahms and Wagner all partook of men in their bedrooms. Not only Artists but some of the greatest warriors as well, Julius, Octavius, and Tiberius Caesar all took male lovers, as did Alexander who was famous for it. Per capita, homosexuals have excelled in any field so your point is well taken.
That said, I doubt you'll get resounding agreement from the Right, and from what I read, the Right did not disappoint.

You are poorly mistaken...
Who are the ones supporting those homosexuals? Men are. God gave men free will. You see what Man is doing with that now? God didn't give man talent. When Man is ready, he blesses man with 'Gifts'. In case you don't know the difference a TALENT is an ability and a GIFT is the message conveyed through that ability.
You have to do better than that if you are to try to blame God for Man's choices and follies.

In my belief, God does not think gay people are bad. They are a part of His creation. I believe we chart our lives before we incarnate here. We decide everything about ourselves, including our sexual preferences. We give ourselves challenges (and definitely being gay would be a challenge) in order to learn from them and perfect our souls for God. To call anyone who is gay an "abomination" is so wrong to me. They are people trying to learn and get through life the best they can. We are all God's creations. I try not to get wrapped up in the dogma of religion, because much of it is man-made, to strike fear in people and make them feel guilty to "keep them in line", when in reality, many times it drives people away from God. I'm sure there are many who will disagree with me, and that's fine. We're all entitled to our beliefs. That's a part of what makes this a free country.

There is an old saying "great art comes from great suffering." Although, not all gay folk are artistic....many are successful lawyers, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, business people, pastors, managers, biologists, chemists, paramedics, firefighters, police officers, soldiers, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. Their talents may not be in the arts. And per person I'd say God equally distributed talent....it's just most people don't realize it because they think talent is limited to things like art, music, etc when in fact it is great talent to be great at parenting or managing money or working with animals. Most people overlook their talents because they're too busy comparing themselves to others and worrying about what other people think of them.
For the record I'm gay.

'per capita' just does not compute. However, God was not singling out only gay men and women, but also anyone having any kind of sex out side of the natural marriage arrangement, and even some types of sex between even married couples, such as types of sex practiced by gay men and women...
Yes, there are talented homosexuals as well as talented heterosexuals, and the gays are no more or no less talented 'per capita'...everyone is better at something than someone else, it is a natural human ability or quality. Many of the world's greatest artists weren't gay as well.
1 John 2:15-17: "Do not be loving either the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him; 16 because everything in the world—the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the showy display of one’s means of life—does not originate with the Father, but originates with the world. 17 Furthermore, the world is passing away and so is its desire, but he that does the will of God remains forever."
1 John 5: 19b: "but the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one."
Another thing that you may not have thought of is that contrary to popular opinion homosexuality is a lifestyle choice. It is a decision that is made...to act on it, or not. I made the decision not to be sexually immoral, although I felt strong desire, I chose not to act on it. I was once a drug addict, but I made the choice to quit...so have many others made the choice to change their behaviors, even though they may have 'been born' with them...
Romans 3:23; "23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 "What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, 10 nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom. 11 And yet that is what some of YOU were. But YOU have been washed clean, but YOU have been sanctified, but YOU have been declared righteous in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God."
So the above Scriptures show that many people were once very sinful, but all have the opportunity to be made clean if they make the concious effort to find out what is acceptable to God and ask for forgiveness, and then turn around from those behaviors and apply God's standards to their lives. (Regardless of their worldly talents!)

i know you mentioned "in case you do not have self assurance it, then do no longer answer", yet you apart from would mentioned "why would a ought to god of love, tolerance and forgiveness even know the thought-approximately HATE"... i can not help yet element out the matters right here. the assumption of an omni-benevolent is a Judeo-Christian (often Christian) theory; Islam believes in a merciful God, however the thought-approximately a God of love isn't the concentration. understanding that, i visit anticipate you're relating the Christian God. if so, God does not hate homosexuals. How would somebody who bases their faith on what they suspect to be the observe of God (i.e. the Bible), no longer base the answer to a theological question on the Bible? That isn't clever. you are able to not ask a query and set the parameters for the solutions and anticipate a appropriate answer. God is a God of love; he does love all of His babies the two. God does no longer hate homosexuals and He does no longer coach us to hate homosexuals. the whole component of the Bible is that God IS love; no longer able to love, yet love itself. Is homosexuality a sin? No. Are gay acts sinful? particular. Is mendacity a sin? particular. Is disrespecting your father and mom a sin? particular. Is something that may no longer fruitful for human beings and glorifying to God a sin? particular, that must be the Biblical definition. Sin is sin is sin. God is appropriate by ability of nature; for this reason he can not be in the presence of sin - it may be a logical impossibility. He loves us and desires to spend eternity with us. for this reason, He got here to earth Himself to stay the existence we could continually have lived, die the loss of life we could continually have died, and in the approach shop humanity. all people who has ever sinned (inspite of the value of the sin) isn't appropriate and for this reason no longer worth of God's presence. Accepting the supply god has given us by His son is all we could do to be redeemed. that is no longer proper in case you thieve a candy bar or whore your self out to adult men and girls as a profession. God hates sin. That mentioned, God loves us. Jesus became into positioned right here, and so on, and so on, and so on. Given the Christian paradigm, there is no longer something illogical or inconsistent approximately our faith. Do your study next time.

Sensitive individuals do not have to be gay to exercise their talents. This is a fallacy. Many people live a celibate life if they are not drawn to the opposite sex. It is today's media that tells people they have to have sex all the time.

God gives His graces as He sees fit and does not judge the person, it would be against Gods loving mercy to with hold His gifts and talents from us,however he expects us to use these morally and wisely,if not we have to answer to Him one day for oue mis-use.

Just TRY to mount a Broadway show without any gay people! It's impossible.
The only thing abominable about homosexuality is the Christians opinions of us.

Great trials for great people, I suppose. That has got to be one of the greatest challenges to overcome. I don't think God would burden a weakling with a challenge of that magnitude.
