i have a hair,caught up my nose which feels like it stuck between my nose and my throat,does any one know what i can do.. to remove it.thanks.

Drink a glass of water.
If that doesn't work, I usually drink a snort of water through my nose. Lots of coughing and sneezing, but it works for me.
