I have found that with the majority of people they:
1) Are either strongly convicted in their beliefs, and try to impose their beliefs upon others, or 2) They don't know what to believe.

Most people are too concerned about what they believe than to have an open mind and tolerance towards what others believe. The middle of the road is religious tolerance towards every other faith and respecting others views.

well i can tell you that i an not number 1 or number 2 i do believe and i am convicted but i dont impose my beliefs on others i do listen to secular music more than religious and i dont pray everyday or go to my holy place of worship all the time but i still an convicted. i only enter religious discussions when asked and keep it to myself other times (unless it is being made fun of) that in my opinion is middle ground.
hope this helps

While I'm quite convinced in the logical conclusions I've come to that the Buddha was right, I never try to impose my beliefs on others... heck the other day I hauled an old Catholic prayer book off the shelves because nobody else was answering one guy's request for a prayer.

I strongly believe that there is no God. But I don't shove that belief down anyone's throat.

The middle of the road is not impose beliefs upon others.

There is no "middle of the road". You are one way or another. Just because someone is religious doesn't mean they force it on others. I'm a strong Christian and I respect everyone's belief. If they are swayed to being a Christian, then it is their own convictions that lead to it. Our Christianity is only for Guidance and Defense... never attack. God handles that for us.

you're able to first be blocked by ability of two fundies and subjected to 7 trolls. then you definately could make a minimum of a seventy 5 on the Atheism examination. Then, you would be a extreme adequate R&S-point to start saying it. Lol jk.

i'm an athiest and i don't try to push my agenda on anybody; i don't like being preached at either. I don't care what you believe, as long as your not violating other peoples rights. So i guess i'm pretty close to the middle of the road.

Middle of the road is between martyrdom & survival. You try to stay upright but you're also in it for the long haul.
