Absolutely.

I floss every night before bed. It helps get the tricky stuff out from between your teeth. Stuff you may not even feel or notice that it's there. Particles like pulp, bread, meat, etc. The longer stuff sits there, the more tooth rot occurs.

Try flossing and you will see the stuff on the line. When you floss regularly, you will have less cavities and root problems.

If you don't floss for a while then do a thorough job, you can really feel the difference.

Yes flossing really does help i do it every morning and every evening.
As the other guys and gals have pointed out flossing removes a multitude of sins from in between your teeth that you dont know are there or you cant reach with a regular toothbrush.
Try running some floss in between your teeth now and then take a look at all the crap that's on it! YUCK! not pleasant to look at and smells even worse.
My advice-FLOSS-FLOSS-FLOSS, if you dont get on with regular floss try Satin Tape, it's finer than your average floss, or try a humming bird by oral b, these are great, and you dont have to do anything apart from placing the flossette head between the teeth and pressing the little button, the Bird does and the hard work by Vibrating all the food and debris from between the teeth.

YES! It does!

Floss everytime you brush. You will see the stuff that's stuck between your teeth that your toothbrush can't remove.

This would not be a standard dental practice if it didn't work.

It keeps the bacteria and plaque cleaned out of the gum area.

If you have poor dental cleaning habits, you are in for a lifetime of

expensive and painful dental problems.

Flossing every day is vital and yes it do it.
