She has no green card, no social security number, nothing here in the US. We met over seas and got married there. But I live here, and I am all of the contrary. I am a citizen, have credit cards, bank account, work history, college degree here in the US, etc. How can she start building credit ? I eventually will bring her to the US after I do the papers for her citizenship. But I don't want to wait until she is living here in the states. I want to know If I can do anything for her NOW to start building her credit so by the time she relocates (in about a year) she will have established some credit

You can open up a credit card and give her an extention under her name... so you'll have your account and she'll get a credit card with her name on it, but it will be billed to you. If she doesn't pay for it, then you assume her financial liability.
I did that with my cousin before he had his residency, and now he's assuming my good credit... if you have bad credit, then it's not a good idea. Now my cousin gets his own credit inquaries and he no longer has an extention under my credit card.
She could also probably open up a secured credit card.... where you put up a deposit like $1000 as a backup and your credit line would be $1000, after like a year of good payments then they'll return that money to you. I'm not so sure you can open an unsecured credit line without a social security number... i think credit companies don't want to take those risks, where they're lending money to someone in a foreign country.

She can't build a credit history in the USA without a social security number.
Even if you added her as an authorized user on one of your credit cards and the card issuer agreed to also report in her name, they couldn't do it without a social security number.

No! If she comes here at this point in time, she would be an ILLEGAL alien criminal. It doesn't matter that you are a citizen, she isn't. She has to come here LEGALLY.
Of course there's BofA - they love the illegal alien criminals and don't give a crap about their account holders.
