You are having blood rush right to your head. You need to breath better. In through the nose, out the your mouth on each one.

I noticed the same thing. I do push ups and I get migraine headaches. I tried drinking more water while working out and that seemed to help a little. Maybe you are not breathing correctly. Try inhaling as you push up and exhaling on the way down. I find that sometimes, simple breathing helps too.

have your blood pressure checked . lots of drug stores have the device in the store for you to use free and record the findings on paper to take to your doctor.
you need to check your blood presure at all different times of day . before during and after a work out as well.
i suggest you slow down on the push ups until you find out from a doctor that you are ok to continue your work outs. no sense killing yourself to get fit. learning to take a blood pressure reading is simple . you do need a the tools but maybe a nurse or medic would lend you the tools and teach you to do this . it only takes about 20 minutes to be fully capable of taking blood presure of a person that is like you able to speak and move.

I accept as true with the positioned up above, being properly hydrated is important. i might first bypass to the college nurse the next day (as quickly as conceivable, ideally until eventually now well being club classification) and tell them what is going on, they are in a position to then communicate on your well being club instructor and in all threat have your well being club instructor adjust specific events for you (i.e. no longer having to do maximum of push united statesto illustrate) i comprehend that lodging can made by using fact all throughout the time of extreme college, my well being club classification become changed for me by using disabilities. On specific days, i become waiting to bypass to the load room and artwork out mutually as anybody else performed touch activities. Do convey this up on your physician besides, approximately how the soreness is cutting-edge once you're in well being club classification doing strenuous events (push ups), etc and the physician will advise you on what's suited...additionally point out which you spoke on your college nurse/well being club instructor approximately it. solid success with your appointment.

Maybe it is increasing intracranial pressure and causing the headaches. I would definitely discontinue them and see a physician.

Make sure you are breathing properly. Sometimes I catch myself holding my breath during reps, and it can cause headaches/lightheadedness.
