Can a canker sore be really painfull and than have no pain but it still in your mouth?

canker sores are really an out break of herpes and usually indicate a serious defficieny is vitamin B complex. Go to the drug store get a bottle of vitamin B complex and your canker sores will be history

I do not know the answer to your question.

But I do have a solution for the canker sores. Mouth wash and brush with Hydrogen Peroxide, every day. It kills the pain and heals any gum problems.
