I am in love with junk food and i just want to get rid of that nastiness in my body. i am 5'7" and weigh 125. and i need a strict diet if i do go on one. please help.

it's not that i want to lose weight, i just want to lose the bad stuff that's in my body so i feel better.

just go with the basic food pyramid and you'll be fine - fruits, veggies, meat, fish and dairy - incorporate them into your not so good diet and you'll find you won't even want all the 'junk' you've had before - healthy substitues are always a plus and will give you energy! you're thin and tall but not in a healthy way .. it will catch up with you eventually - if you start now - say instead of fast food at lunch get soup or salad or a sandwich on whole wheat then go from there - or start with a healthy breakfast - oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and go from there.. the options are limitless the benefit will last an entire lifetime!

What weight do u want to lose? You only weigh 125 pounds and you are 5"7 what is wrong with you? That is the weight you should be!
