I've been brewing for 15 years.
There are plenty of home brew kits available for the novice to expert.
You cannot sell homebrew in the US.
The Home Brewery is an excellent source for all or most of your needs.
Check out the magazines Zymyrgy or Brew Your Own

As has already been answered selling homebrew is a no no. I didn't notice where you are but you can get licensed with a very small set up. The reality is the licensing, taxes, ingredients, packaging etc. just don't make sense on the small scale.
Check with your states Alcohol regulating board and the www.TTB.gov for getting licensed.
Of course making homebrew and sharing with friends for free makes even more friends!!

you can buy kits to make home brew beer. the legal on selling it will depend on your country, the kit will likely contain a guide to this info
