I used to be a member of A Taste of California. They do have more than CA wines though. I'd get 2 bottles a month of different kinds, plus tasting notes and recipes. I think it cost under $30 a month.
I'm still a member of Mumms though. 2 bottles every 2 months, and a first shot at their DVX when it comes out every fall. It's about $35-$40. Plus they send you the notes, and a cute little gift, like a calendar or keychain or mousepad or something. It's fun. And you get a member number so if you ever want anything from Mumms, you get discounts. It's great.
