they could also be called mud pies...i think..lol.....i know you use oatmeal...butter...etc...but i don't know the exact measurements..

No Bake Cookies V

Yields: 36 servings

"An easy cookie for kids to make. Cocoa, peanut butter, and oatmeal make a chewy delicious cookie with some nutritional value."
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3 cups quick cooking oats

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oats.
2. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow cookies to cool for at least 1 hour. Store in an airtight container.

I have no idea if this is what you are looking for but these are two recipes I use that have the ingredients you mentioned. If this isn't what you were thinking of, i still highly reccomend these recipes if you are a peanut butter lover!

YUMMY PB chocolate bars
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
12 ounces chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine sugars and butter.
Add peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix in eggs.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal.
Bake in a 9 X 13 inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool.
Melt chocolate chips and spread on bars.

Creamy PB Pie
Crust
24 Nutter Butter sandwich cookies
5 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed,divided
To make crust*, crush the cookies in a zipper style plastic bag with a rolling pin, or in a food processor.
Mix cookie crumbs with butter.
Press into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm.
Let stand 1/2 hour or until pie can be cut.
Garnish with remaining whipped topping and additional cookies if desired.
Special extra: Just before serving, drizzle chocolate flavored syrup on plates.

Peanut Butter Delights

Ingredients:
2 c Chocolate chips
1/3 Box graham crackers (22 crackers)
1 c Creamy peanut butter
1 lb Powdered sugar
1 c MELTED butter

Melt chcolate chips in top of a double boiler over low heat. Crush graham crackers. Combine with peanut butter and sugar. Pour butter over and mix well. Press into a greased 9x13" glass pan. Spread with melted chocolate. Cut before chocolate hardens completely.

Dad's Peanut Butter Delights
2 cups peanut butter, room temperature
1 cup white chocolate, melted
1 lb semisweet chocolate, melted
Put peanut butter and melted white chocolate together and pour in a squeeze bottle --
melt and pour dark chocolate in a seperate squeeze bottle.
start with dark chocolate for bottom layer --
squeeze a small amount in bottom of paper lined mini cups --
then squeeze peanut butter mixture in next.let set for about 10-12 minutes.
add dark chocolate to cover peanut butter layer.
freeze for 10 minutes, then turn pan upside down and they will be ready to eat.


Parfait Peanut Butter Delights
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons peanut butter
3/4 cup whipped topping, divided
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 1/4 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping; set aside.
Combine all of graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in butter until coarse crumbs form. Press 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture into each of four parfait glasses.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons peanut butter mixture over crumbs; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining whipped topping and chocolate chips.


Mud Pies
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
3 cups quick oats
2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine first 4 ingrediants and bring to a rolling boil 1-1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour over oats. Mix well and add vanilla.
Spoon onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
Keep refrigerated or they will go sugary!


Mud Pies
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
Boil together all ingredients for 3 minutes(omitting oats).
Pour mixture into rolled oats.
Mix until well blended.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper.
Let set until firm and cool.

Peanut Butter Delights

Ingredients:

1 package (13 oz.) NESTLÉ BUTTERFINGER NestEggs, unwrapped
NESTLÉ CRUNCH NestEggs
3/4 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar (optional)


Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

BEAT peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour and baking soda.

SHAPE dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in 1 cup granulated sugar; place on ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press 1 Nestlé NestEgg into center of each cookie (cookie will crack around edges). Cool cookies on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
