Yes. I like my body. i like to see what it looks like and if I need to work on anything. I never hide it from me or my husband.

I love being naked and spend lots of time naked...as much as possible. I don't go out of my way to stand before the mirror checking out every inch of my body, but I do give it a once over regularly.
Hey, the fact is that I'm young and have a great body, and so there's nothing wrong with enjoying what it looks like. Other people like what I look like naked, so I might as well too!

My wife checks her out everyday, and look if she has to work out some specific part. She also likes to check her out in general to see if she is looking good or not.
I just sit there and look at her when she does that. I love to see her naked, and she loves to show me her body.
We also do the opposite, I check out my body to see if I need to work out more any part, and she stares at me.
And we even do it together many times, after we took a shower together, we check each other out in front of the mirror and tell also each other if we look good, or if we need to do something about any part in specific.
I think anybody that wants to be and feels sexy, has to check out themselves on the mirror. Those that don’t do it are usually ashamed of themselves for some reason.
We also check ourselves out on the mirror while having sex. It is very erotic. You should try sometime.

I always do! it all depends on how the person feels about there body, if they like it they will look at themselves in the mirror naked, if they dont they usually would pass the mirror and quick put a towel on.

If i lived without my roomies, i would walk around naked 24/7!!! I do check myself out, and i find the things i appreciate about myself. Like my back, which is long and defined, had MILLIONS of freckles, which i love. Or my hips...they're smooth and soft. I do it to appreciate myself and to have better self esteem. I cover up to my room, then i typically lounge about for a while. Learn to love yourself and you'll be a way happier person!!

It is healthy to check you body out in the mirror. i do it often and it builds confidence but recently i gained wait and instead of looking at my body with admiration i look with some disgust. That is not healthy and it is important no to be negative. You have to love yourself with all your flaws so now i admire my little rolls and it motivates me to take better care of myself for health reasons especially. So if when you look at yourself in the mirror and you do not like what you see instead ask yourself what you can do better and enhance yourself to be the best that you can be. Play on the parts you like the most. Confidence is the best gift you can give yourself. Peace

Yea, i dont really call it 'checking myself out' unless I like what i see. most of the time i call it 'criticizing myself'. And sometimes, when i get out of the shower, i HAVE to cover up immediatly, or else I will have a panic attack and feel like im going to die and need to crawl into the fetal position. True story.

I work out hard and try to stay in great shape. I like to check my self out to make sure I look good. I'm also a nudist, so I'm usually naked when I do it.
I also love looking at my all-over tan when I have one. I'm kinda looking a little white right now, though. :(

Yes I do, while I lather up in front of the mirror. I make sure everything is looking good and what doesnt look good I know needs to be worked on.

yes i check my body naked in the mirror, just because (i love being naked) and no i don't cover up after showers.... i love walking around the house nude!
