As well as what you are already doing, which is great, cut down on your fat and sugar intake. Drink more than 2 litres of water per day but don't drink whilst eating. Also, eat slowly and chew your food properly so your body can digest and use the food correctly.
You'll soon see the difference.

Give the South Beach Diet a try. Seriously. Its an awesome diet, and you dont go hungry when your on it. Look it up on yahoo, find the book, buy it, or go to www.wikipedia.org and look up South Beach Diet. That and just keep up your cardio and weight training at the gym. Its just about getting rid of trans fat and bad carbs, and giving your body good carbs.

Well done on the exercise part.. that's where I'm struggling! However, it may also benefit you to watch what you are eating. Cut down on fatty foods and try and reduce your sugar intake. Eat "light" versions of your favourite foods and stick to "no added sugar" squash or diet soft drinks.
Cardio-vascular exercise is very good, so spend your time in the gym on the cross-trainer/treadmill etc

A healthy low calorie diet, eating regularly enough to keep your metabolism high.
Combine this with the regular exercise you are already doing and there is no reason why you shouldn't achieve the weight loss.

You are on the right track - bump us your cardio - what is your workout? I know 14 stone is UK, what is that US? So, if a pound is 3500 calories and you want to lose 1 lb per week, you need to burn/eat less 3500 calories. Cardio is to burn fat, weights to build muscle.

Up your protein intake...limit your sugars. Shift your workout to Cardio exercises as a majority with a little weightlifting. Lastly water, water, water...drink as much as you can. More the better.
