We will be celebrating my 22nd B-day this weekend, but I don't wanna spend all day cooking. What products are out in stores that don't require much more than a little baking time? TIA!!!

Costco has some great frozen treats, like jalapeno poppers, potstickers, cream puffs, mozzarella sticks, etc. If you go on a day they are passing out samples, you can try before you buy. Good luck and happy birthday!

Cohen's makes an assortment of quiche, pastries, and pigs in a blanket that comes in a black box. It's ok, not particularly tasty.

You could try mozzarella sticks or potato skins also. Friday's offers a selection of these in the freezer section.

Highly suggested: Hebrew National Mini Hot Dogs, Jeno's Pizza Rolls, and Mini Pizza Bagels.

Well there are some great answers here. I would just like to add that Sam's Club is a great place to get pre-made horderves.

22 was my favorite age I vote to let your friends and family do the cooking! Happy Birthday!

Look in your frozen food section and you'll find everything from egg rolls to taquitos to jalepeno poppers. Or, you could ring up the deli and have them put a couple of platters together for you. Also in the deli section, you'll often find rollups, salami and cheese trays, spinach dip in bread bowls, and chicken wings. Have fun, and happy birthday!

mini quiches; "pinwheels" where the meat and cheese are in tortillas and then cut. Chicken salad already made and slap it on crackers or mini rye bread; Cooked / frozen shrimp (merely requires thawing it and throwing it in a bowl with cocktail sauce next to it). Relishes trays (olives, celery, carrots and dip); meat trays from the deli already made up. Easy easy easy.

platters of crudités (carrots, celery, etc with dip); brie cheese (warm it up in the oven and serve it with berries and crackers); frozen mini quiches; olives (classy and delicious); you can make a cheese plate by buying a few kinds of cheeses and slicing them up; a few bottles of wine (we can buy them here in Oregon at a grocery store, but not in my native Colorado); very small (finger sized) muffins (as tasty as cookies, but a nicer touch).

Sushi, meat and cheese platter, shrimp platters, antipasto, veggie platters, subs. Hit the deli for salads or chicken wing packs. Or hit the freezer section for mini quiches, taquitos, frozen meatballs (put them in the crockpot), jalapeno poppers, you name it. And grab some chips and jarred hummus, guac, or salsa.
