I have kids and there all kinda picky (Sorrta) Anyway We wanted to make a Chinese Dinner and I wanted to find an easy, (Like no immpossile Chinese ingrediants that theres no way I could find) Good, Egg drop soup recipie that my kids will like even though there kinda picky (Sorrta) but I could not find one!!! So if you know one PLEASE tell me!

Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients:
4 Scallions
5 c Chicken stock
6 sm Mushrooms; finely sliced
2 c Shredded cooked chicken
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 ts Soy sauce

Finely slice scallions and reserve green part for
garnish. Heat stock to boiling. Add mushrooms and
scallions; cook 2-3 minutes. Add chicken to soup.
Beat eggs slightly with a bit of salt and pepper.
Stir soup well. Pour beaten eggs slowly and
steadily into soup, stirring constantly so that
eggs remain in shreds. Cook 1-2 minutes until egg
is set. Add soy sauce and serve in soup bowls,
sprinkled with reserved green slices of scallions.

Easy Hot and Sour Eggdrop Soup
5 cups water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 tablespoon chicken soup powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 slices green peppers, slice so that it is round circles
3-4 slices green chili peppers, depending on how spicy it is
1 egg, beaten
Heat water and cornstarch together.
stir till cornstarch is dissolved.
add all ingredients except for the the last three.
bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
cook about 10 min till onions in soup mix begin to soften.
add green pepper and chile.
continue to simmer another 5-10 minute.
while stirring soup slowly drizzle egg into soup (you may not need to use the whole egg).
continue to simmer until egg is no longer raw


Asian Eggdrop Soup
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 t water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 green onions, chopped (the whole onion)
salt and pepper
Bring broth and soy sauce to a boil.
Slowly add cornstarch mix, stirring until thickened.
Reduce to a simmer.
Add eggs slowly, while stirring the soup in the same direction.
The egg will spread and feather.
Turn off heat and add the onions.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve at once.

Egg Drop Soup

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups chicken broth or stock
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 -2 green onions, minced
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Salt to taste
A few drops of sesame oil (optional)
PREPARATION:
In a wok or saucepan, bring the 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the white pepper and salt, and the sesame oil if using. Cook for about another minute.
Very slowly pour in the eggs in a steady stream.
To make shreds, stir the egg rapidly in a clockwise direction for one minute. To make thin streams or ribbons, gently stir the eggs in a clockwise direction until they form.
Garnish with green onion and serve.

2 green onions - trimmed, sliced


-Heat broth, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan.
-Slowly pour eggs into boiling broth, stirring constantly with fork to form shreds of egg.
-Top soup with onions before serving.

i imagine they use truly some broth and thicken it and a lot less egg. is smart because broth will be more affordable than egg. also, i imagine they put in a sprint sesame oil. I ran for the time of it in some unspecified time sooner or later and it has that similar scent. those i love maximum also has eco-friendly onion decrease up on the genuine.
