It may have something in its eye or sometimes they get conjunctivitis. Don't use any people drops, call the vet and they should be able to give you an ointment to put into the cats eye (very inexpensive) He may have gotten a piece of litter in the eye and it may have scratched it. Or even try some warm water, , but if it is scratched, I would get the ointment.

Youll have to get some drops from the vet. Cats develop allergies often and sometimes leads to eye infections. It is possible he has something in it also. You may want to try buying eye drops from a vet or petstore first and if it isn't getting better see the vet.

Hopefully, your cat didn't make contact with her eye, but I think you should take her to a vet. You may need an expert's opinion. Cats can carry bacteria on their claws, so your puppy's eye could get infected if you don't take her to the vets. There might not be anything seriously wrong with your puppy, but I don't think you should take the chance. Better to be safe than sorry. I hope she's ok! Good luck!

Please take your cat to a veterinarian as soon as possible. He could well have an eye infection. Eye infections can be very serious and if left untreated can lead to all kinds of other problems, including blindness. He could also have scratched his eye, which again needs to be looked at by a veterinarian because depending on how deep the scratch is and if it is infected that too can be very serious, not to mention very painful for your poor kitty. It's important that you take him very soon, please. Don't worry, it shouldn't be expensive. The vet will just check his eye and probably give you some drops to administer. Take care of him, and yourself.

My kitten had one watery eye and kept sneezing then got a fever and progressed all in one day. When I brought him to the vet, I found out that he had herpes. They told me that 99% of cats have herpes, but just do not show symptoms of herpes unless stressed. One symptom is just one eye watering. Another is sneezing. It is a respiratory thing for them. It is not the same as a human herpes and humans cannot get it, but it is contagious among other kitties. You should bring him to the vet to make sure he is ok. They are more prone to getting respiratory infections. Possibly he got something in that eye and he doesn't have herpes like my kitty. I hope your kitty gets well and lives a long happy life. Have a good evening.

You need to take him to the vet as soon as possible. This could be something in his eye, but it could also be an illness such as an upper respiratory infection or distemper.
