Thats a tough questions because it actually depends on the person, its not the same for all. Analyze how he is when you guys get into a fight, or after a fight. Also, think about the small things he does, for example, simple text messges/emails or small gifts. All in all, it really depends on his actions from when you guys first started dating to the way he is now. Give it alot of thought...

well, for one he'll have that goofy happy smile on..
he'll pay extra attention to you (this is of course if he's for real) and always try to find any reason to talk/be with you.
he may try to break the "friendship" barrier and may confront you with problems...pretty much open up to you.
idk, if he give ya butterflies and he seems giddy around you...then he prolly does like u

u just know - u feel it. And if you dont know, ASK. Dont b afraid to ask. My mom use to tell me "If it's not worth asking for, it's not worth having" Is he worth having.....???
