Just one of their sins?
Why not all of them?
Does this trasferrence of guilt ever apply to any other situations?
Could I, unknowingly, be guilty of the sins committed by Sho-Nuff too????

Honey - Maybe it has something to do with the death of Mako (the voice of Aku).
How could it continue without him?

If Adam and Eve weren't born under the "stain" of original sin, then why did they sin? How were they any different than we are now in that case? None of that makes any sense.

Just one, that was the one that had us fall from grace. So if you make it up there some day ,punch Adam in the mouth for being so dumb.
Now when we are born we are sons of Adam and not God. We need to be Born Again into the family of God,He will adopt us with full rights if we trust in what His Son did for us on the cross
We aren't sinners because we sin...we sin because we ARE sinners, born that way. And no amount of infant baptising is going to wash that away.

We are not guilty just remorseful for the sins of others. There are situations when we might be guilty if we have mislead someone. Out of love, I may help Sho-Nuff carry sins to Christ, but conscience will lead us to our own path.

Not guilty of Adam and Eve's specific sin, but with our sin nature, we are condemned from birth, and unable to look to God for salvation. The kids don't get free tickets to heaven, they need a Savior too. Which is why (some) Christians get their kids baptized as infants in fulfillment of a covenant established through and replacing Old Testament circumcision.

The way I understand it:

God created Adam and Eve with free will. They chose to disobey his command not to eat from the tree of Knowledge. When they did do this, sin was first introduced in the world.

I know that everyone sins. The only one who lived a sinless life is Jesus Christ who died on the cross, and by doing that taking all sin upon himself for those who believe in him as their savior.

No we are not guilty of Adam's sins. Because of Adam's sin, the world was cursed. That is different than being guilty.

Sin = Dis-obedience

Has one ever disobeyed another.

I know I have, I think it is called a speeding ticket.

Was I being obedient for breaking the speed limit law?

Was I found guilty? Yep! That is why I got a ticket.

If you had a beautiful Peach Tree in your yard, large peaches have just got to the time for eating, one morning you go out to get the paper, you look, all the peaches are gone. Later, you find out it was your neighbor that stole them in the middle of the night, would you not say that your neighbor was a thief. The tree in the Garden of Eden belonged to God, He had give everything else to Adam & Eve, when they removed the fruit from the tree & eat the fruit, they were a "thief" they had taking something that did not belong to them, it was God's.

We are only responsible for the sins which we commit. And in the day of judgement. GOD(Allah) will give us either heaven or hell only by seeing our deed only.
Its like if any person's father did any crime, the police will catch person's father and will give him punishment not his son because he didn't do any thing wrong how can the son can be given the punishment of sin done by his father. So every one reponsible for his own deed only.

We are not held responsible for Adam and Eve's trangression, we are held accountable for our own sins. Adam and Eve partook of the fruit, and in turn made us all be in our fallen nature, but that is why Christ came to the world.
