This is very interesting. Spderman has the edge in both power and speed. Batman has the edge in defense and chin. Stamina would be equal for both pests. If this fight were held in a lower weight class, I see Spiderman winning by a 7th round TKO. 190 would diminish Spidey's power, though. That's Batmans turf. Nevertheless, I still see Spiderman squeezing out a split decision.

Batman!! Spiderman is a wimp!! while he fights in the flicks, he get knocked aside and the undesirable guy gets away, a super sort of the time. while batman has all his gadgets and is a greater modern-day hero. Spiderman, no doubt. Batman has nothing but his special gadgets, and in a boxing ring you can't take it with you. Spiderman has the speed, the power, the arachnid sense, etc.
