when some people cant explain something logically why do they always use the term " god did it "?

is that just a religious excuse

for example, in noahs ark there is several holes and gaps that could not have happened or there is no way it could be done and when that happens i always see that term used to describe things that could not have been done in reality

how did they get all the animals on the boat from other nations? how did the animals go back to there country of origin once the boat docked or whatever?

noahs ark is just one example

how did they feed the animals and so on, so what you telling me is that god did most of the work....

Noah's Ark and Noah's Flood is spoken about throughout history in all the world. They probably say "God did it" because they know God can do anything. He is not limited like men.

God is the source behind logic. Many scientific theories (mainly of creationists admittedly) point to God as the origin, such as time obviously had to have an initiation point, and it couldn't initiate itself. Someone existing outside of our realm of time ( a line segment, as it started and goes on) has to have initiated it. This is more logical than atheists saying "um, the thing that started the big bang was always there"

what gaps? even modern science believes the earth was all connected at one time. and if noah had 120 years, he could get 14 of every clean and 2 of every unclean animal.

how did they all fit? look at the dimesions. 450 ft long, 75 wide, 45 high (lower deck alone, as there were 3 decks). that's like 2 1/2 football fields. plus if there was an 18 inches tall window, light and air could get in (and out). all land animals were on it (that still existed). if you had "cubicles", then they had a logical place to fit, and some could even by stacked one ontop of the other (like pet cages).

as for feeding, they took food for themselves and the animals. who knows, maybe carnivores hibernated after eating before the flood, or maybe Divine means were taken.

First of all, you are talking about a religious book which, in the old testemant, talks about god going right out there and doing stuff, heck-he even walks around with moses for a bit... in a way it could be considered a religious reason but not necisarily an excuse. We are sure it happened but at this moment no logical explanation without god could answer it so we throw in god and hope for the best!

I don't know, none of us know, we're only human! But I think people go back to the God did it excuse so they can say they already know the answer, so they don't have to figure out what really happened. People don't like not knowing.

The only ones that I see doing that are those that don't believe in God bringing it up almost daily. ALWAYS is not the occurance that is my experience. Bringing it up almost daily from those that don't believe in God, it happens regularly.
