All piercings respond well to Sea Salt Soaks.
My daughter's new naval piercing looks great and she's only using the salt dip.
I've got 7 piercings on each ear...that's what I've always used.
It's natural and non irritating.

Peroxide is very drying, and I would not recommend it for prolonged cleaning. Bacitracin ointment is like neosporin, it's an anitbacterial, but it keeps the skin so soft, it doesn't hea. Natural
sea salt and water work great, and you can get the ingredients or a spray bottle at any bulk food store. Good Luck.

never use peroxide in a small hole that you want to stay open it causes dryness and causes gumps to dry inside of the hole....also never use alcohol as it dries out the hole...you want to use a antibacterial soap and water that is all you need to clean it with....if it gets infected there is over the counter stuff you can buy especially for peircings.

Contact cleaning solution. At least that's what my tattooist's Piercer said for mine.
