Spirituality enters the abstract realm, where words, with their definitions and interpretations, have little meaning. Books are good for entertainment and learning, but not the "only" way of being with God. If you want to be with God, Be. God is with you always, beyond words, beyond judgment. What are your words and your books to a new born child? God speaks not in words, it is the obsession with words that keep so many separate from God.
"Spiritually blind": lack of ability to see your spirit, as in "color blind".

It means that you will have to go out and get a spiritual dog for the blind. It will help you navigate through the twists and turns of scripture, keeping you on the strait and narrow.

Spiritually blind means not being able to see (or I assume experience) anything relating to matters of spirituality.
That is an interesting hodgepodge of words you put together in the rest of your question though.

if you're blind, you can't "see" what's infront of you. So if truth or reality are presented to you, you'll reject it or miss it.
if you're dumb (mute) then you are silent. your word is of no use if you do not speak it (sharing the gospel, testimonies...)
if you're deaf, then you cannot "hear" (or recognize) God's voice. So God may speak to you (or communicate in another way) and you either ignore Him, or miss it.
