My inner thighs are so gross...I workout everyday (running, lifting and leg raises.) And they have never done this before. Im trying to figure out what the hell is going on, but im clueless! Any help to try and stop this from happening or getting worse would be awesome!

They are more flabby then anything.

A few years back i dropped about 60 pounds. But recently gained about 15. So I figured I would start working out again...

if you lost that much weight, then it could be stretched out skin. it sounds like you excercise a lot, so thats what im thinking. you may need to see a doctor or dietician to ask about surgery. people get it done all the time. don't think your body is gross! congrats on losing so much weight! good luck and try to feel better about yourself!

Well you haven't stated what they are doing exactly but i would say that sometimes exercise alone does not slove this problem you should be careful also with what you eat cause there are light weight people with cellulite and this is not from being lazy and not working out but the foods we eat play a part in the process. If this does not work you should see your doctor and ask him if there is anything you could try but please don't buy over the counter drugs without consulting your doctor first. First let me say I'm a big fan of inner thighs.

Maybe if you lost a lot of weight lately,it's loose skin.It will take time to clear up.

Replace carbs with greens every chance you get.

Leg raises have nothing on the inner thighs.

>> Squats & plie squats. (Make sure you use proper form in exercise execution or it's pointless to do anything in the gym.)

It comes down to raw calories. Cut your calories down and do that for a month.

Stay out of the pool.
