My inner thighs are so gross...I workout everyday (running, lifting and leg raises.) And they have never done this before. Im trying to figure out what the hell is going on, but im clueless! Any help to try and stop this from happening or getting worse would be awesome!

They are more flabby then anything.
A few years back i dropped about 60 pounds. But recently gained about 15. So I figured I would start working out again...
