This may sound strange, but when it comes to gaining muscles mass, less is more. You need to give your muscles time to recover and repair the damage from your workout. This should be at least 48 hours, but longer is better for bigger gains.

Muscles build when you rest..... They say you should have at least 48 hours of rest on which ever muscle group you worked.

You might want to break that into a split routine instead of a full body work out.

Also I would ditch the creatine until you understand a little bit about weight lifting. Instead look for some kind of protein powder like "Whey". You should take one gram of protein for every pound you weigh.

You will need to do some cardio to burn that fat off so you muscles will show. Don't go believing the spot reduction myth. Because the body burns fat evenly. NOT where you want it too. Best thing to do is a full body cardio workout. Something that gets all your body moving.

As for some tips here they are....

Less weight and more reps = More Endurance/Toned.... 12 - 15 reps

More weight and less reps = Bigger Muscles/More strength... 3 - 8 reps

Okay you mention creatine, which is good.
But what is your calorie intake?
All the male body builders I've known have always made food intake a huge part of the program, and most swear by weight gain protein formulas, so your adding bulk, but then *ripping* muscles with the resistance training.
Cause you def. need to put on weight!!!
Also...I recommend the alternate plan...where you work upper body one day and lower the next, your tearing muscle tissue, and the growth of the muscle takes place when it's resting.
You sound totally motivated, that's great...but rest in between and the correct caloric intake is going to give you those results.

Seems ok, a bit to the extreme, but I workout somewhat in a similar way. But I only do it 2x per week with a 3-4 days rest in between. Your muscles will only get smaller if you work them almost every day in a week. (Sad, but true) The real muscle growth starts post-workout with plenty of rest days in between until the next workout day. Try it. Couldn't hurt.
