I am gonna have my husband brush the snow off the grill! We are having a heat wave, 40*. Woohoo. We are gonna have some grilled steak, baked potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms and onions with a side of California blend veggies. Mmmmmmmm

Good for you, I mean that. I am not very crazy about spending much time in the kitchen after I work an 8-hour day. AND, my 2-year-old grandson won't let me do much either as he is getting in the way or too close to the stove. Tonight, it's Bertolli frozen pasta entree in the bag for 2 or 3. I splurge once in a while on these. They are high in fat and sodium, but we love them, and extremely easy to microwave. Add a vegie and fruit and I am done in 15 minutes.

A spicy beef stir fry with brown rice, I think, but homemade chili sounds good.

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Brings out the flavor in the sauce if you make it that way instead of Meatballs. Garlic Breadsticks and a Tossed Salad. YUM!!
