Go to www.thepros.com ... their DJs are GREAT and the prices are very reasonable. Chances are your date is still open since it is still far off ... I'd still book them ASAP though.

what part of va are you in? my wedding (in 2 weeks!) is in the fredricksburg area and my DJ is based out of there and VERY reasonable. i know they travel to the DC/Northern Va area, and im sure they would travel to hampton roads too. if you're out in the mountains, i can't help ya, but if you're in any of those 3 areas or nearby, check them out. 300 dollars with a 50 dollar deposit gets you everything for 4 hours. i forget how much they charge for an extra hour and beyond, but i remember it wasn't much. my own reception is 4 hours, so i know that quote for a fact. i looked around at other DJs in the area and got quotes of 800 dollars and up! anyway, here's their site!

I dont know where in va you are but i am in hampton roads and am using DJ's on the side, they are very reasonably priced and they are very professional i like them a lot and they were the most reccomended to me. They have a website i thinkits just djontheside.com but if that doesnt work google it and you can find them

Good luck.
