Take Super Shuttle. Less than $50, with tip, I would guess.
No trains. The bus is a pain from the airport. You'd have to go to downtown Seattle, and change buses. Ugh.
Scratch that about the bus. There is a bus from the airport to Bellevue! Wow. Who would have thought. Take the ST560 bus from the airport to the Bellevue Transit center. It's $2.50. Where you want to go from there, I don't know. You can plan your trips on our bus system here:

Hello! Getting to Bellevue, WA from SeaTac airport is really very easy! All you have to do is ride one direct Sound Transit express bus #560 which will pick you up at the curb at the end of the baggage claim area and operates directly to downtown Bellevue in less then an hour for only $2.50 This bus route runs seven days a week about every 30 minutes and the buses are comfortable and clean.
