You know the job that the police did with your illegal housekeeper is not completed because you are still free. The police should arrest you and put you in jail for hiring illegal aliens because that's the law.

They will be responsible for deporting her. You should hold your breath regarding the fact that YOU were doing something illegal by hiring her.
What would be the grounds for a lawsuit? The government was total acting appropriately.
But if you really want to, go ahead! It will bring your illegal acts out and then they can go after you for hiring an illegal alien criminal!

If the Police illegally went into their properties, why would they no longer be in possibility of be sued? there is no longer meant to be one regulation for individuals and one for each individual else exterior of immigration regulation in the past get entry to into the U. S.. in actuality, it became into initially unconstitutional to disclaim foreigners the main appropriate to immigrate to the U. S. and there is an un-withdrawn settlement carved in stone on the statue of liberty to on the present time. If the Police went in illegally, they hadn't executed the floor paintings to renowned who became into there or won the criminal authority to realize this and would have not have been given any top to bypass in. they might have been 11 all individuals and in case you have been in that group you would be suing on an identical grounds. It behoves us all to no longer recommend the form of a police state, u.s. is amazingly close adequate already.

You can sue anybody at any time for any reason or for no reason at all. The question is can you win? Somehow I don't see any court paying you damages because the police arrested someone for breaking the law.

Why would the federal government be responsible for an illegal immigrant? You should worry about yourself, not getting in legal trouble for hiring an illegal immigrant. It is people like you who cause hard working Americans to not have jobs, becuase you choose to hire someone who is illegal and doesn't provide much to our economy.

Sue for what, you have no grounds and actually if I was the one at the scene, you too would be sporting some pretty silver bracelets. By the way, if thats your photo, you need to do some housework yourself and get off that huge dufflebag and work out..

truth is...you might want to run to Mexico yourself before they come back to get you! And they should...for aiding & abetting (like some other answers have said). Have you ever been told to ask for a Social Security CARD before you hire someone? And if the SS CARD says "not valid for employment" on it, they have no right to work in the US???
Have you ever heard of an "Alien Registration Card" or a "Green card???" This gives them a right to work in the US....duh!
I wish our local police departments here were as good as yours...They deserve a raise for upholding the law!

You're joking, I'm sure. Not even the most ignorant person would seriously suggest suing the US government for something like that. But you succeeded in getting a rise out of the antis. Good show.

Feel lucky you aren't being arrested for hiring an illegal immigrant and not paying payroll taxes on her. You are as guilty as she is. You were harboring a fugitive.

On what grounds? For upholding the law? No, you can't sue for anything because they were doing their job.
