nothing will really help nurse your hair back to health. Once its damaged, its damaged! My hair is the same way. All you can really do is cut it off. If you are like me, you do NOT want to do that... So what I do is, I get it trimmed regularly and I rarely even dry it anymore... I will do my bangs and just leave the rest wet and pull it back. Along with that, I am using the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, BioSilk Silk Therapy before I comb it... and then a moisturizing straightening cream. I also spray it with some fortifying stuff by Joico K-Pak. All that really does is to help the damaged parts from getting more damaged. It is a long process, but there is no quick fix for it.

Do you blow dry your hair? If so, stop and let your hair dry naturally. Wash your hair everyday, and let it dry naturally. This helps hair produce the essential oils that helps maintain everything. Also, use a restoring shampoo that is especially designed to treat hair.

You should trim off all the split ends to give life to your hair again.

first you need to start with triming those split ends. then you need to buy a really good deep conditioner and use that regularly. and definetly no more straightning or blow drying. and dont wash your hair everyday if you dont need to. do it like every other day or every two days.

You need to shave it all off and start over. You'll have nothing but healthy hair coming in-- unless you find you LIKE being bald!
