My father is a psychologist and he says that the only EFFECTIVE anti-depressants that are available are by prescription only. There are always other "home" remedies to use to fight depression like excercising. Excercising is supposed to increase the amount of endorphins in your body, A.K.A. "natural pain killers", therefore making you feel less depressed.

The only one I know of is music. When I get down I put on some Pantera and boom, I feel much better. R.I.P. Dimebag

Nope......share with you friends when you go to the shrink and get some. They got some good good pills they are expensive for sure thou hope you got insurance.
