dying hair.. cutting hair.. and all that jazz haha :]?

Question

need a GOOD hair cut
my hair is not passed my shoulders
maybe like a choppy kinda of a look
even some blue or red or pink highlights
or.. even dye my hair a whole different color (its dark brown right now like almost a black)
im just not sure how this could look good
i want a idea before i go to the salon to not look like a idiot trying to think of what i want the last minute

take a picture of what you want or
take a picture of yourself and color on the picture with colored pencils and show what kind of colors you are thinking of. this will also help you decide what colors you would like on you and which ones you wouldn't. you can show if you want it choppy and where and how choppy you want it. (like you can draw in flips at the temple or at the jawline - which ever you want)

get side swep bangs and put a white highlight in it and get the rest pink, thats what i`m planning to do, good luck
