drink a glass of water. take some tylonol or dayquil. drink some coffee. go to mcdonalds, eat something greasy and fatty. hangovers are caused because alcohol dehydrates you body. since it dehydrates your brain as well, your brain shrinks a little due to the lack of fluid, and the thin membrane that connects your brain to your skull starts to tear away. hence a hangover is like no other headache. this is also why it kills brain cells. just do what i told you and you'll be fine though.

Do NOT take tylenol or Dayquill. Acetomenophin is BAD with alcohol. You CAN take advil or Ibuprofen
Drink Lots of water. Hangovers are caused by dehydration.
I suggest drinkiing a lot of water and eating something. Not fat or greasy foods, but maybe a sandwhich or some fruit or veggies. Something closer to the healthy side than fast food will help.
I usually drink a lot of water, take an advil, take a multi-vitamen, take a peptobismal (my stomach is usually upset in the morning), and eat - then get some sleep.

I have heard tons of different theorys from different people.thing is its not any one thing that causes a hangover.one big one is dehydration.i remember i was coming back in a cab one night from a big session a few years back and i got chatting to the driver and mentioned i had to go into work the next day and was fearing the hangover.he told me that if you take dyralite(or something called something like that) that it helps.its something you take for diarrhea and if you take it before you go to bed after drinking it is supposed to keep you hydrated during the night and youre hangover isnt supposed to be as bad.i have heard people saying a few mars bars and lucozade before bed helps cause it evens up the sugar levels.there isnt any real cure but keeping hydrated will help you.as for alcoholism theres no cure for that really either.if you have a drink problem you need to deal with it.also drinking in large amounts for 3-4 days will throw your liver off a bit for a few days.that would make you very tired etc.no way of getting around that unless you just dont binge so much

I came across an article that says "hang-over" is caused by dehydration. If you'll notice, when you're drinking, you frequent the bathroom to urinate. As you drink more, water in your body gets replaced by alcohol, and hence hang-over starts.
If you can, after having a lot of alcoholic drinks, drink plenty of water or fluids.
Hope this helps :)

alcohol causes the body to dehydrate and the blood vessels in your brain to constrict. what seems to work is to drink lots of water avoid high fat foods and if at all available to you at any of the bars you party at look for an oxygen bar it will help revitalize your brains cells. that's what works for me. oh and a Tylenol if you cant get the oxygen or if its cold out where you are try going outside and taking several deep breathes that helps too.
