It is right in the jaw area, and doesn't hurt if I don't touch it, but hurts quite a bit when I eat. It doesn't matter the food, sweet, salty, plain. It is the feeling like when you eat something sour. I thought maybe at one point that I had an ear infection, but I don't. How long will this go on?

I had a sinus issue about 4 or 5 weeks ago, and have had them before, but have never had this problem. Any ideas?

Well, first off, go to the doctor. Whatever it is, they can figure it out and give you medicine for it. Second, I used to get toncilitis a lot when I was a teenager. Every winter I would get it and have pain in my throat for weeks on end. It could be that. They never did take my tonsils and I don't get sick like that anymore.
