No title means stay away.
And if this is the full size Bronco, chances are the motor (especially if it is a remanufactured Pepboys motor), transmission and engine computer are shot. The steering tie rods are also probably all but dead too. This will be a lousy commuter as it is loud, rides like a tank and sucks gas to the tune of maybe 11mpg.
The smaller Bronco II's are not much better either. With that many miles, any car or truck is a bad gamble.
If you get 6 months out of it before it is up on blocks, I would be surprised. All the above is based upon my brief ownership of one of these lovely vehicles. I am sure there are some good experiences, but without the title, this vehicle is all but illegal to drive and insure. I would not look at any vehicle that would at best require multiple trips to the DMV to get a title.

A car with no title is a car that you could not register. Without a title it could only be good for a parts car. Stay away from it. I would hitch a ride with someone and look around for a good buy for the amount of money that you have to work with. They are out there but be patient and you will benefit much better. You might look at some local auctions or private owners.

If you can't get a title to it, then it is worth $0.00.
Sounds like they are selling a parts vehicle, not a running, drivable vehicle.
