Girl-I'm not sure you can! I got a shot in my butt last Wedensday and it's still sore if I sit or turn over right on that spot..I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever go away!!

first of all im sorry about the shot because they hurt like hell after its done. but put a cold compress on it. it will take down the swelling there and redness there. people mightbe like "hey why do you have my frozen peas on your butt!" but hey the peas will live. and if you do not feel comfortable with the whole cold compress idea you can always take some tylenol or alieve to reduce that pain and swelling.
