They didnt, Concorde would expand when it went supersonic and the design took this into consideration and had the tolerance on this expansion built into the design.

Are the circulators on the supply or return? If they are on the return, it is more likely to be a system leak in the radiators. How many floors does it heat? What is the pressure in the system (I assume it is a closed loop system). I had a customer that had a 3 story house and a similar issue. In the basement, the boiler had a water feeder that maintained 12-15 psi. On the 3rd floor, the pressure was at about 0psi. When the circulators that were located on the return came on, the delta P, or pressure difference was around 3 psi, so it actually pulled a vacuum on the 3rd floor and air was introduced where no leak was evident. Water pressure is higher at lower heights and lower at greater heights. To give you a good analogy, take a long garden hose & run it up a hill. Fill the hose to the top, then shut off the water. It is obviously 0 psi (or bar). Check the pressure at the bottom by removing the hose from the tap. If it sprayed all over, it was obviously under pressure. If you repeat and have a friends hand over the top of the hose when you disconnect the hose, they will feel a vacuum at the top, but little to no water will escape, unless there is an air leak at their hand and air will displace the water that comes out. My easy solution was to increase the pressure setting of the water feeder so that the leak would become apparent. I then fixed it & advised them to install the circulators on the supply next time they replaced the system. I hope this helps. TomTheTechnician.

The most they could really do was paint it white. Here is a copy and paste:
Heating issues
Beside engines, the hottest part of the structure of any supersonic aircraft is the nose. The engineers wanted to use (duralumin) aluminium throughout the aircraft, due to its familiarity, cost and ease of construction. The highest temperature that aluminium could sustain over the life of the aircraft was a maximum of 127 °C, which limited the top speed to Mach 2.02.
Concorde went through two cycles of heating and cooling during a flight, first cooling down as it gained altitude, then heating up after going supersonic. The reverse happened when descending and slowing down. This had to be factored into the metallurgical modelling. Owing to the heat generated by compression of the air as Concorde traveled supersonically, the fuselage would extend by as much as 300 mm (almost 1 foot), the most obvious manifestation of this being a gap that opened up on the flight deck between the flight engineer's console and the bulkhead. On all the Concordes that had a supersonic retirement flight, the flight engineers placed their hats in this gap before it cooled, where the hats remain to this day. In the Seattle museum's Concorde a protruding cap was cut off by a thief in an apparent attempt to steal it, leaving a part behind. An amnesty led to the severed cap being returned; the museum has been examining options to reattach it in some way.
A way was needed to keep the cabin cool. Concorde used the fuel as a place to dump the heat from the air conditioning, as well as to cool the hydraulics. During supersonic flight the windows in the cockpit became too hot to touch.
Concorde also had restrictions on its livery; the majority of the surface had to be white to avoid overheating the aluminium structure due to the supersonic heating effects of Mach 2.[13] In 1996, however, Air France briefly painted F-BTSD in a predominantly blue livery (with the exception of its wings) as part of a promotional deal with Pepsi Cola. In this paint scheme, Air France were advised to remain at Mach 2 for no more than 20 minutes at a time, but there was no restriction at speeds under Mach 1.7. F-BTSD was chosen for the promotion because she was not then scheduled to operate any long flights that required extended Mach 2 operations.[14]

special paint was used that has the same 'co-efficient of linear expansion' as the metal on the plane, ie. the paint expands at the same rate the plane expands so it doesnt crack and fall off. everything expands and shrinks all around us, thats why you hear furniture creaking by itself at night when its cooler. the scientific formula for calaculating the co-effiecient of linear expansion = length x specific heat capacity x temperature rise
so it follows that the longer something is, and the more heat is can absorb the more it will expand and grow.
heat effects metals like this. imagine the round atoms of a particular metal. they are all joined together with 'springs' between them bonding themselves together. when heat is applied the atoms 'shake' about and strectch the 'springs' thus expansion of the object takes place. it more complicated than that but to give you an understanding of how things expand i hope it helps.
specific heat capacity is found in a book of tables like logarythm tables, there is a number next to every item, eg steel, iron, wood etc.
in the UK its taught in O level Physics classes to 16 year olds

All jet aircraft expand while in flight above supersonic speeds. Also the metal of the aircraft becomes hot because of friction. That is why the aircraft expands. Metal expands when in gets hot.

Hi
Concordes expansion was about 300mm when supersonic.
The gap was made to happen just behind the pilots seat.
At times the pilots used to store their hats there although in one instance he forgot.
So in one of the last existing demo planes someplace the hat is still there and no-body can get it out..
