well first off you shouldnt be worried so much because wat if the other girl doesnt like him. and 2nd yes you should let him know that you like him because you never know wat will happen when you open another door. maybe he will come around and if not theres always another boy nextdoor. lol u know?

This depends on how he feels about the other girl. Are they serious? Or is this just a bf/gf thing? If you're feelings are that strong and you really feel you need to express yourself to him then by all means do so. You might be rejected but at least you got it out there. Or, you could wait it out for a while and see if it passes and it was just a crush and you've moved past it. I wish you the best with whatever you decide to do, this is a tough one!
