Do you eat a lot of sugary things like cookies and candy etc? If so cut back, these things can make you sleepy. these things can also give you a sugar high, but when it wears off it drops you hard making you tired. You might be anemic, so you probably should go to a Doctor and have some blood work done to see if you are. Are you depressed about something? Again, a Doctors appointment might be the best bet for you. Are you bored? Get a hobby something you like to do, something you absolutely enjoy, this will help you to get going. Set your alarm clock for 7:00-7:30 am and get up at this time. Find a routine for the day, one that keeps you busy. Get outside and get some fresh air, open your curtains. Go to bed at least by 11:00pm and do the same the next day and the next. You should start to feel better if it isn't a health issue.

Do exercises regularly every day for an hour, drink atleast 4 litres of water and you should not sleep for more than 9 hours a day. Sleeping for 6 1/2 to 9 hrs is normal depending on the amount of physical or mental strain a person puts in.

First of all you must have atleast 6 to 7 hrs sleep and this is what you can do to sleep less:-
1. get an alarm clock
2. try to wake up late in nights (around 12 to 1 O'clock)
3. always be preoccupied by some thing entertaining & intresting
4. try tea in morning
5. go do some excercise in morning
try this

Watch the caffeine and try to limit your un-natural sugar intake. After a while of healthy eating and exercise you will start to feel better. Also, see if your the iron in your blood is low (have blood work done), this can cause someone to be sleepy all the time, as well as being depressed.

when you start to feel tired...step outside for just a few minutes ... i have found that a good breath of fresh air is a great way to wake up. you could also open up the windows in your house or office and let the light in that helps too.
