Is it true that guys think about other people while having sex with their gf/finance/wife? Or is this only true for some guys?

only some and shallow ones at that.
if you are thinking of someone else it would mean that you are only using the person you are with because you can't have the one you are thinking about

How about all PEOPLE! I think most if not all people have at one time or another thought of someone else. Maybe only once, but still they have done it. Maybe guys do it more often, but I know many girls who do it also!!!!

Its very true when it's not that good anymore! or when in the action you think of someone you saw and its all good from there ! works that way for girls as well thats what makes sex so great in life,works both ways its all good,nothing wrong with that!
